Korean BBQ Chicken |
- Chicken : 500 grams
- Ginger : 1 inch
- Olive oil | Sesame Oil : 2 tsp
- Soy Sauce : 6 tbsp
- Sugar : 1 tbsp
- Honey : 3 tbsp
- Garlic : 5 cloves
- Small onion : 1
- Red Chilly Powder : 1 tbsp
- Capsicum : Red, Green and Yellow
Steps
Marination
- Grind all the above ingredients in a mixer grinder and make a fine paste
- Keep 1/4th of the paste aside and marinate the chicken with 3/4th paste left
- Let it marinate for 30 mins. If in a hurry no need to wait 😀
Fry
- Shallow fry the marinated chicken pieces until you get a nice colour on both sides.
Execution
- Now cut all the capsicums length wise (juliennes)
- Heat the pan & add olive oil
- Add the capsicums and saute it for 1-2 mins, then
- Add 1/4th of the paste kept aside previously
- Saute again for 1-2 mins and then add the fried chicken
- Garnish it with white sesame seeds
- Your Korean BBQ Chicken is ready and serve it hot !
